Social Bookmarking Sites

If you want to be able to access your bookmarks from any computer, anytime, I suggest you use one of the web-based social bookmarking tools.  They are called "social" because you can share your bookmarks with others, but you have the option of keeping them private.

Two popular sites are Diigo  and Delicious.

Another option:
If you have your own iGoogle Homepage, I would suggest adding the Google Bookmarks Gadget.  If you had problems loading this one in the past, try opening your iGoogle Homepage in Firefox or Google Chrome.
